Step 2 Make Payment

Fees are shown at the bottom of each course and payment must be made within 7 days of booking. Cheques must be made payable to 'Ripley Training Limited'. Payments by BACS to Natwest Bank, Sort Code 601226, Account No 30520622. BACS remittance forms are required as payment confirmation.

Step 3 Await Confirmation

We will send confirmation that we have received your booking within 7 working days. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 working days, please contact us. Detailed joining instructions including the venue will be issued 7 days prior to the course date.

Terms and Conditions

Signature and completion of this booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Upon receipt of your booking we will send you confirmation that we have received your booking within 7 working days. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 working days, please contact us by telephone or email. Detailed joining instructions including confirmation of the venue will follow within 7 days of the course date.

Cancellations and transfers will only be accepted if made in writing/email and received at least four weeks before the start of the course. Later cancellations cannot be accepted and the full payment will remain payable.

We reserve the right to improve the learning outcomes and format of our courses for the benefit of our customers without notice to the customer. Also we reserve the right to change the location, date of the event and facilitator although this will be avoided where possible. You will be informed at the earliest opportunity if any changes are made.

Cancellation and/or re-scheduling of any course will be avoided and will only take place once all other options have been considered. When this is unavoidable we will provide the option of a full refund or the offer of a re-scheduled or alternative course

Methods of Payment

Payment is due once a booking has been made – if payment is not received 7 days before the date of the course we reserve the right to refuse your attendance on the course

We reserve the right to charge a late payment charge calculated at the rate of 3% per month accruing daily from the date the invoice becomes due for payment.

Any special payment arrangements must be agreed in advance of the course booking being accepted.

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Ripley Training Limited or, in the case of a course developed by a Course Facilitator, then the Course Facilitator will have these rights.
