Course: International Diploma for Coaching and NLP
Overview
The purpose of this Course is to give advanced skills in coaching and
influencing change. Each subject is delivered on the basis that
delegates are able to explain, and demonstrate for themselves and
others:-
- Why the language tool or technique we give you is of benefit.
- What its success is based on i.e. Principles/rules that
have been
proven to make it work - By having practical experience of it working for yourself,
and others - By understanding the other knock on benefits of using
these
approaches
To achieve the International association criteria this course delivers a minimum of 30 hours theory and practical training.

The subjects covered will include:-
- Throughout the course how to use all the listed skills to coach individuals for maximum effect.
- The NLP Communication Model (How others interpret what you do and say)
- Rapport (How to build and improve relationships)
- Sensory Acuity (Fine tune how to make sense of others reactions and Behaviour)
- Feedback Model (How to give and receive Feedback at a more advanced level)
- Well Formed Outcome (Ensuring that what you think you want is what you really want)
- An Introduction to Sub modalities (Understanding how you and others code an experience to be negative or positive)
- Language (How to make your language powerful and identify with Customers needs)
- Presuppositions (What is presupposed for personal development and achievement)
- Anchoring (How to create your own positive state of mind including other states, such as confidence and happiness)
- An Introduction to Timelines (How you structure your own time i.e. How to mentally programme yourself to structure your thinking, or switch to be creative)
This programme takes place over 5 days. This can be split over a year. It is suggested that a minimum of two days are completed on the first course. Four courses are run each year.
Delivery is by two International master practitioners and trainers of N.L.P., both of whom have trained in Europe and America with the key founders of NLP. The fee for the course includes all materials access to the Saxton partner's library and video collection. Coaching support from completion of the course till coaching graduation two months later.
All courses take place in a quality Harrogate Hotel and include refreshments and a three course lunch each day.
