This course will cover the essential tools and techniques which a Sales Manager will need to be successful. It will cover leadership, management, coaching, inspiring, developing and motivation as well as looking at team balance.

It will also look at upward management to include accurate and timely forecasting and to make sure that the Company Leadership team support the Sales Manager and their team.
