This short training course is aimed at Regulated Firms
The appraisal process should be constructive, meaningful and motivational for all those who are involved. However, this is often not the case! Line managers can see it as ‘that dreaded time of year' and the person being appraised can see it as ‘painful, de-motivating and just going through the motions.' This session will enable managers and team members to have successful, structured, well-prepared and timely appraisals.
Managers will be learn how to set KPIs that meet FSA compliance requirements.
Highly participative session based around actual performance issues from those attending.

Compliance demands that employees are appraised and that Key Performance Indicators include compliance related objectives rather than only profit driven sales targets. Appraisal process can be difficult, effective appraisal will result in a greatly reduced regulatory risk for a firm.
We suggest the timings to be 9.30 am through to 4 pm for upto eight people given adequate room for those attending, trainer and equipment.
