Achieving Personal Effectiveness
Overview
Personal Effectiveness combines an in-depth knowledge of what drives an individual from a personality and motivation perspective together with an understanding of what drives performance within a work context. Research suggests that those people who make best use of their personal talents and resources: experience less stress; enjoy success at a career and personal level and make more informed life choices.
