Pre-Retirement Training Course
Overview
This unique session is delivered by a specialist retirement training team who have a combined 60 years experience working to provide guidance to retiree's from all back grounds, from national company directors, teachers and council employees, to one man band self employed sole traders.
We can help you say goodbye to your employees after a lifetimes work, knowing they will have been informed in all aspects of retirement, from the psychology of "now what am I going to do" to helping to provide a stable financial retirement at a time when their income will reduce, sometimes dramatically.
Who Should Attend?
People facing retirement, natural retiree's or people facing redundancy and forced retirement through ill health. This may include partners of leaving employees, helping them to face change at this time.
If at all possible you should try to attend this course well in advance of retirement, our experience shows that the people who attend a year or more in advance of retirement are more prepared mentally and certainly financially for retirement.
