REGULATED FIRMS

Customer service is critical in an industry where products are not tangible and cannot be tested in advance. It is also another major plank in the ability to demonstrate TCF culture throughout a firm. Customer service is one of the areas studied as part of the qualifications framework in insurance and financial services.

We suggest that we run two sessions in a day (9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm) depending on the number of staff you need to train, cover arrangements in the business and space available to train.  Each session we can take upto 10 people subject to adequate room being available for those attending, trainer and equipment.
