About Ripley Training

Ripley Training was established by Mike Smith, a Chartered (MCIPD) Training and People Management Specialist in 2006 to provide high quality training and coaching across all the core areas of people development. We provide a choice of scheduled dates on most of our courses, bespoke in-house training for groups, e-learning and one to one coaching. Our solutions are provided with you in mind and not a one-size fits all approach. We recognise your time and the time of your staff is very important so we always aim to exceed your expectations.

As our reputation continues to grown, our team of highly experienced professionally qualified trainers and coaches has extended to well over 50 covering the whole of the UK and widening our training portfolio to include Leadership & Management, Sales & Marketing, Financial Management, Business Development, IT & Systems, Project Management, PA and Secretarial, Personal Skills and Health & Safety.

Being in the people development business, we have recognised the need to select specialist and not generalist to share our company values of integrity, high levels of customer service, quality and demonstrate their ability to engage with our clients including those attending the training. Our depth of skill and experience enables us to provide a seamless service from agreeing your training requirements / learning outcomes, developing the learning intervention, delivery through to evaluation / measuring the Return on your Investment.

We apply a combination of approaches to ensure we understand your requirements and these include pre-course questionnaires for our scheduled (professional) courses and pre-meetings / half days in your business when we are delivering bespoke in-company training. We aim to understand your business and your people before we can provide the highest level of return on your time and your money invested. We will always select and introduce the trainer / coach with the most experience in your sector / area of expertise to add the greatest value.

Many of our long term clients request the same trainer / coach back every time to ensure there is a high level of consistency however we will always review every request to ensure you get the right professional for the job.
