We can also split our training courss and programmes over a number of days to suit individual and groups.
In addition we can provide either e-training packs or hard copies in the post depending on your preference.
Our trainers are flexible to delegate mobiles being left on the day if there is a medical emergency at home or critical matters are taking place at work. Please let our office know beforehand (email is preferred) and the trainer on arrival so they are aware of your circumstances.
We leave our clients to decide on what will be available for in-company training. Although we do recommend refreshments on arrival, 10.30 am and 2.30 pm as well as a buffet lunch where your budget allows.
We can also send you a link by email to our World Pay Account to enable you to progress a secure card payment.
Where possible we will apply discretion however we would always encourage you to ask someone else to attend in your place. The full cost of the course is normally applied if the cancellation is within four weeks of the training date.
We also offer organisations with the opportunity to protect your training budget by providing an invoice to cover your projected training requirements over a financial year – again please call us on 01423 861122 or email info@ripleytraining.co.uk to discuss your requirements in more detail.
