Ripley Training was established at the beginning of 2006 to provide high quality accessible training and coaching to help business like yours improve individual, team and organisational performance.
We provide a choice of UK wide scheduled dates on most of our courses, bespoke in-house training for groups and one to one coaching. We recognise your time and the time of your staff are very important so we always aim to exceed your expectations and minimise time out of your business. With this in mind all of our courses can be delivered locally to you in shorter sessions, full day and multiple day programmes to meet your needs and expectations.
Our depth of skill and experience in our team enables us to provide a seamless service from agreeing your training requirements / learning outcomes, developing the training and/or coaching, delivery, through to evaluation and measuring the return on your investment.
We use a blended approach to ensure we understand your requirements and these include pre-course questionnaires for our scheduled courses and pre-meetings / half days in your business when we are delivering bespoke in-company training. We aim to understand your business and your people before we deliver the training and/or coaching. We will always select and introduce the trainer / coach with the most experience in your sector / area of expertise to exceed your expectations.
Many of our long term clients request the same trainer / coach back every time to ensure there is a high level of consistency however we will always review every request to ensure you get the right expert to address your requirements.
