This two-day workshop will enable those attending to be able to apply a practical approach to business process improvement. This two-day workshop is non-residential.
Timings: 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on each day. The final day will finish earlier for smaller groups of delegates.

This two-day workshop provides a thought-provoking and informal introduction to business improvement. The course will help you identify the problems with departmental "silos", and will support the development of process thinking. The Process Improvement Workshop is a lively simulation for those new to process thinking. Not only is it great teambuilding, but it will help develop some of the key skills necessary for organisational improvement.
