Our three-hour training session has been designed and is delivered by an experienced NHS trainer and includes GP specific examples.
Training timings are normally 1 pm to 4 pm although flexible to suit your team.

Our small group training sessions allow for plenty of time for specific discussions and group work.

Our training session will cover:
- Define patient confidentiality and understand its importance in a GP setting
- Identify legal and ethical frameworks (e.g. GDPR, Caldicott Principles)
- Recognise common risks and pitfalls in everyday reception work
- Apply practical strategies for maintaining confidentiality in real-life situations
- Know how to respond to confidentiality breaches or concern
