First Line Management and Supervision Skills Course (One Day)

The role of the first line manager or a supervisor is arguably one of the most important tasks in any business. Achieving high levels of commitment and motivation from front line staff as well as meeting the needs of your customers and your managers at the same time is pivotal if the business is to achieve success.

One Day Course - Timings are 9.30 am to 4.30 pm

This training is not suitable for those supervisors/managers who are door supervisors (SIA), Chapter 8 ground works or those working in the construction sector (SSSTC) - these are industry specific courses not provided by ourselves.

Booking confirmations: We will email you to confirm receipt of your booking within five working days. A confirmation invoice will be issued to either request payment by either BACS/cheque or confirmation of payment if you have made a card payment already through our World Pay Account.  Again this will be issued within five working days. Also detailed joining instructions are normally released by email at least seven working days prior to the date of the course.
