This follow up day to our First Line Management and Supervision Skills Training Course enables attendees to further extend their skills and knowledge.
We normally recommend at least six weeks break between the two courses to allow time for reflection and application of the learning from the first day.
The second day encourages participants to adopt a more pro-active mindset, with a clearer appreciation of their role, employee engagement and its impact on their organisation.
They will undertake a positive, honest assessment of their team effectiveness, how it collaborates and their team role style. In addition how to organise work to achieve goals and make full use of the abilities and potential of all team members.
They will also learn about feedback and coaching techniques to enable improved performance and accountability.
There is plenty of time to discuss specific people performance behaviour challenges in your business and to gain practical advice and support from our lead trainer.

We offer preferential rates for onsite training dates.
Timings: 9 am to 4.30 pm on each day. London courses may start at 9.30 am and finish at 5 pm.
Booking confirmations: We will email you to confirm receipt of your booking within five working days. A confirmation invoice will be issued to either request payment by either BACS/cheque or confirmation of payment if you have made a card payment already through our World Pay Account. Again this will be issued within five working days. Also detailed joining instructions are normally released by email at least seven working days prior to the date of the course.
