This highly interactive two-day course helps to clarify the differences between management and leadership at a level that will readily transfer to workplace behaviour and immediately impact upon personal effectiveness and productivity of the business.

Timings are 9 am to 4.30 pm each day

Also detailed joining instructions are normally released by email at least seven working days prior to the date of the course.

We look forward to receiving your booking and welcoming you onto the course.

What our clients say:

I really enjoyed the course and the running of the two-days.  Handouts and examples provided very useful and there's plenty of reading to take away.

Trainer was very knowledgable and approachable making for an engaging two-days!

I really enjoyed the course and found it hugely beneficial - trainer was great and gave everything context.

Excellent and invaluable.  All the salient points I needed covering were done clearly and concisely without bombarding me with too much information.  There were some real key learnings that I could put into practice straight away which I know will pay dividends.

I found the course really inspirational. It certainly made me take a hard look at my own management style and gave me the necessary tools to improve it!

Great course - completely engaging and most importantly educational with new techniques to test

I would love to do more courses with Ripley Training!

Really informative course and the `open forum' style of the course where we were encouraged to share past experiences really helped

Trainer was very patient with a creative/talkative team and tailored our course accordingly, using relevant areas and terminologies for our industry.

Useful course - now need to put the actions into practice!
